At Summit, we stand firmly behind our product and service offerings. Qualified Preferred Vendor Partners receive guaranteed service levels that you can count on; from the moment you select Summit as your business partner. We guarantee that we will:

Confirm receipt of your application within one (1) business hour.
Call, fax, or email you or your customer a lease quote within one (1) business hour upon request.
Return your phone calls within one (1) business hour.
Provide a credit decision for applications up to $100,000 in Commercial Programs and $150,000 in Healthcare/Medical Programs within one (1) business hour.
Deliver documents to you or your customer for signature within two (2) business hours after Credit approval.
Issue a Purchase Order, upon receipt of original documents, within (2) business hours.
Provide same business day funding via ACH for transactions after we receive the invoice, Customer Acceptance and verbal verification by 2:30 p.m. EST.

If Summit Vendor Finance does not meet these standards within our normal business hours and you are unsatisfied, we will compensate you with a $50 gift card. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Contact your local Region Sales Manager for details.
