We guarantee that we will:

• Confirm receipt of your application within one (1) business hour.
• Call, fax, or email you or your customer a lease quote within one (1) business hour upon request.
• Return your phone calls within one (1) business hour.
• Provide a credit decision for applications up to $100,000 in Commercial Programs and $175,000 in Healthcare/Medical Programs within one (1) business hour.
• Deliver documents to you or your customer for signature within two (2) business hours after credit approval.
• Issue a Purchase Order, upon receipt of original documents, within (2) business hours.
• Provide same business day funding via ACH for transactions after we receive the invoice, customer acceptance and verbal verification by 2:30 p.m. EST.
